Basic:​
  • Weekly, monthly or Quarterly bookkeeping 
  • Monthly bank reconciliations ( up to 2 bank or credit card accounts, max 2 page)
  • Posting purchase invoices, expenses and cash transactions
  • Bill payments
  • HST returns (e-filing)

Software: Hubdoc, Telpay,  Quickbooks Online.

 $ 350- 800.00 +HST

Standard:
  • Weekly/monthly bookkeeping
  • Monthly bank reconciliations ( up to 4 bank or credit card accounts, 2 page max per statement)
  • Posting purchase invoices, expenses and cash transactions
  • Bill payments
  • HST returns (e-filing)
  • Payroll up to 10 employees, e-slips and T4's
  • WSIB, CRA source deductions calculated and filed for you online
  • summary balance sheet and income statement
  • email and telephone support (max 1hr per month)
  • Expense paperwork/backup for transactions for the month – (Hubdoc used for you to upload-bills, invoices, payments received)

  • payroll 5 to 10 employees each additional employee will be $5.00 per run per employee 
  • Payroll Software QuickBooks Online payroll or Paymate Acclaim. (if advanced payroll needed, additional cost of $20 per run and $2.00 per employee per run) ​
